I don't use Photoshop, but one button push sounds better than anything else could be! I actually prefer the first photo, I like the contrast of the sun and its reflection on the water better.
I think it just depends on the effect you are trying to achieve. The first is subtle and romantic, while the second is crystal clear with a wow factor. Sometimes I like to doctor the subdued one up a bit, but not to the wow level.
Post processing with one push of a button looks good to me. Unfortunately I don't use Photoshop.
