Can you give me an extra space above the entrance without hampering entry and exit traffic?
How about an office on top of an old harbor crane track. (Initiative and design Trude Hooykaas). All this at the former shipyard site of the NDSM in Amsterdam North as well as the mural of Anne Frank from my post of yesterday. One for Our World Tuesday here.
The extension in the first photo looks strange without supports underneath. The second photo... if the same build was being built here it would be in the vertical position. Personally I prefer the horizontal angle. It is closer the ground in an emergency.
