I biked home in the rain yesterday afternoon. For 90 minutes. But I did take photos before the rain started. Easier from inside a car, for sure!
That wet windshield produces wonderful distortions in the city lights for your photo. Good thing you were stopped when you took this photo. Photograph and driving do not mix well.
Nice nightly explosion of colours, the rain helps make it look special.
