Because the ground in Almere is still settling, problems with the sewage system arise all the time, such as here under the bus lane near our house. Wells are subsiding and pipes are breaking off. You have to put up with that if you are building on land that was water 57 years ago.
I can imagine problems with water will happen once in a while. Good luck, hope the repairs don't take too long.
