Yes, I like the composition. Many of my waist level street photos have a sloping horizon because that's just the way they turn out. I'm not a bit bothered by that.
sometimes an angle or a tilt can squeeze more into the square of a photo - it depends where the important things are in a shot..... corner to corner, diagonal, is obviously bigger than the width of a straight photo..... it can work
