Thanks to the warm weather and abundant rains, the greenery is literally popping at the seams in the Almere woods. Unfortunately, it also means a large increase in the giant hogweed that just won't go away.
I hope that the people walking by are well aware that hogweed is dangerous stuff.
That really is giant greenery s.c. 😊
The lush greenery looks great! Hope it does not harm anyone.
I have a friend who got blisters on his hands from pulling the hogweed out. He didn't know the effect it causes from touching it, he does now.
It looks like a jungle!
So beautiful
Wish you could send us some of that rain. I see you found strange creatures creeping through the woods. Hope you didn't scare them.
Toxic stuff.
Very green.
I still have blisters on ny legs from when I cut down hogweed as a teenager.
oh yeah weeds are a pain once they get going.
Because of some annoying messages I have to check the posts sent to my blog. No anonymous remarks, sorry for that.
