Since yesterday evening 10 pm all cafes, restaurants, theaters and cinemas are closed for at least 4 weeks and if you don't have to go somewhere for an urgent reason travel is also not recommended. The problem is that the hospitals simply cannot handle the influx of covid patients.Don't get bored with all the other measures, but pictures like the terrace of cafe De Jaren are not possible anymore.

The restaurants and bars and gyms are closed in Toronto for another 3 weeks I think. I miss meeting friends at our local pub but it is better to be safe. Take care.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenRestaurants, pubs are all closed in all border counties until Nov 10th. The border counties are having a huge increase and one of the reasons is the UK. People in Northern Ireland are crossing in to the republic because our rules weren't as tough as theirs. So both NI and the border counties are following the same rules. The age groups that have the most infections are between 30-45. I wish that everyone would follow the rules because it isn't going to get better until you do. Fines are going to be implemented if you leave your county, that will help.
