During the walk along the amsterdam light festival I saw a familiar nocturnal scene on the plinth of this university building.
Also the laundry was hanging out rather late
The creator of this work of art (Sergei Kim) had come with a group of friends on matching bikes to see how the laundry was hanging. This all I dedicate to Sami's Colourful World here.
SC your night scenes are looking good. Luck you, no snow.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI love the laundry! And the cat & mouse art!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWow, the festival of lights produces excellent art. Love the laundry and the lighted bicycles. As a kid I use to put crape paper in my bicycle spokes and playing card to make motorcycle noises, but lights are even classier. The cat and mice is a subtle work.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenHow nice, the cat and the mouse and the laundry makes great art. I love those bikes all lit up. We use to tie balloons on our bike spokes as kids. They would make a noise for awhile then pop. Funny thinking back about it, didn't take much to make your own entertainment. :)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe laundry mural is especially entertaining and imaginative!

BeantwoordenVerwijderenHow clever people are turning everyday things into works of art. I looooove the little black cat, I wish we had more of these little treasures here ✨
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThe cat and mouse mural is very cute and I love the hanging laundry and the bikes with the blue lights. Hope to see more from the Lights festival.
