For the darkest days of the year Amsterdam decided for a light festival till new year with an art route right across the centre and starting at the townhall. All special light artworks are made by (inter)national young and established artists. Here "flower from the universe" made by Titia Ex standing in a fountain at the old hortus botanicus of the university of amsterdam. For more artwork of this light festival you can look at biebkriebels blog. I dedicate this one to weekend reflections here.
