At exactly 11.55 A.M the guards are changing before the palace of prince Albert in Monaco. They make a big show of it highly appreciated by the spectators.
Looks like a lovely place, something a little disconcerting though about the formality of the guards and the legion of tourists dressed so casually in the background - but I suppose it's always been that way...if not tourists then other "peasants." :-)
I saw the changing of the guards here in 1984. Thanks for bringing the memory back to me.
