Sun is shining. What should the architect of this building think if every balcony was occupied with sun lovers.

ah!
I never used to like glass used as a railing but here is makes obvious sense. I have to wonder whether the people on balconies feel more exposed or precarious?

Balconies are designed into nearly all new residence apartments in England. But I NEVER see anyone out on their balcony. Just bicycles and chairs... LOL
