The need for housing ( Rotterdam build in the sixties ) now a headache for the owners because they need a big renovation. In those days the words isolation, CO2 emissions and energy saving were for the future. But still nice for weekend reflections here.

I think all big cities are facing a similar problem. I like the little spots of color on the building and it does make for a nice reflection!
