With temperatures now just below zero and fervent smokers still outside you need some kind of heating for your terrace. That must be a massive energy bill.
Well the global warming this excess is helping to create make make it obsolete in a few years? Puts a nice warm light on the patrons for photographers, though.
I don't like people smoking inside or outside or anywhere. I was walking on the jogging track one early morning at KLCC park before work, 3 smokers puffing away standing on the jogging track. I can see smoke from far surrounding them; it is Pathetic to destroy the little fresh air in the morning in the city.
As a former smoker I don't feel sorry for the cold smokers. In my province of Ontario smoking has been banned on outdoor patios.
