I just eat this 15 minutes ago. The white slices on bread is very young cheese in dutch called "meikaas" . In early days only to get in the month May when the cows were in the field again made with milk from the new grass in spring. Nowadays the whole year round.
A great still life portrait. My breakfast setting would not be so photogenic.
