The designer of the bridge to the new palace of justice get one special assignment. Make it impossible for bikes to lock on the bridge railing because that is a big problem in the rest of amsterdam by jamming all the passages on the bridge. Mission accomplished. (The bridge is only for bikers and pedestrians, for cars there is an other entrance.)
