If I was a sociologist, I would do a study on people with tattoos. I would choose a group of young people and interview them now about their tattoos and then do follow-ups every ten years or so. I think it would be interesting to see how they feel about them when they're older. And the examples you've shown are quite tame compared to some I've seen in Berlin.
Skin murals, if you will. Only you can't paint over them.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIt is getting hard to find a person without a tattoo.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenNo tattoos here!
VerwijderenI don't understand the fascination about tattoos. Give them 30 or 40 years and see what they look like then all faded, saggy and wrinkled.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIk vraag me altijd af hoe de tattoos er uit zien als ze bijvoorbeeld 70 zijn.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenThere are going to be a lot of weird-looking old people!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYep, not my taste, but they do seem to be here whether we like them or not. Nice photographic subjects, though.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI agree with RedPat's comment !

I wonder what these young people think about when they are old, and no longer want to cover the whole body with tattoos.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenStiekem tatoes trekken :-)
