I saw a similar one in Missouri in an Amish town. Seems like those one horsepower vehicles sometimes leave a deposit behind from where they were parked and the city fathers frowned on such behavior. So they had a designated parking area - around back.
Mennonites?

BeantwoordenVerwijderenMaybe a wide shot of the parking space would clarify the situation for us :) Are the carriages also there?
