We light Amsterdam (2)

The light festival in amsterdam consist of two parts. One for pedestrians and one for people who make the water color cruise by boat. Yesterday evening we walked a part of the boat route. Here two so called origami tigers donated by a great chinese restaurant.

On a bridge in the route stands these to constant color changing stars. Made by TILT , a French design studio which explores the light in art, architecture and space. For some more look also at biebkriebels blog.
One for weekend reflections here .

  6. Indrukwekkend lichtspektakel, hou hier meer van dan van vuurwerk.

  8. Everything made of LEDs now. No different here. I can imagine the brilliance of the light amidst the old buildings and dark canals.
