I have to come back one day with a tripod but then the conditions are so bad or the water so choppy that you have no reflection at all as I had experienced once before . So grab it while you can.
The lights, the darkness and the reflection turned out pretty good without a tripod. With a steady hand like that perhaps you should have been surgeon:-)
